Improving Patient Outcomes with Technology

“Working with Atomic Data has been like having the exact tool for the job ready at a moment’s notice. Atomic Data is a great partner who can scale to all needs to ensure we get exactly the assistance we need.”

CHALLENGES

Before PrairieCare came to Atomic Data, it had 72 deferred IT projects. A relaxed IT security posture lead to security incidents and lack of IT maturity. Ultimately, PrairieCare was stuck in a reactionary model, and with 1,000+ staff, 10 locations, and highly sensitive data, they needed advanced technology
solutions.

SOLUTIONS

Atomic Data met PrairieCare’s challenges head on by creating a comprehensive technology roadmap. With a 5-year IT plan including proactive and holistic security and compliance consulting, a core network refresh, and 24×7 monitoring and remote support, PrairieCare was well on its way to achieving an effective
security model.

“They’ve got the network guys, I don’t. I rest easier knowing my team has a deep bench of experts to call on when something is out of their wheelhouse.”

CHALLENGES

With a small IT team and disconnected, redundant, and outdated systems, distributing a scalable network seemed impossible for Meridian Behavioral Health. Eight company acquisitions didn’t help either. And with 400+ staff across dozens of nationwide locations, networking became a daunting task.

SOLUTIONS

Atomic Data immediately went to work by implementing enterprise connectivity for 15 US locations, advanced network architecture, private MPLS routing, and a wireless network expansion to support telemedicine. Atomic Data helped meet Meridian’s networking needs by offering 24×7 monitoring and incident response

“Atomic Data has been a great partner in supporting our product platform and technology initiatives. I appreciate their willingness to help us navigate through whatever technical opportunity presents itself.”

CHALLENGES

Icario had unique challenges. With big data analytics and HIPAA requirements, they needed a partner they could trust. Many of their systems were designed with single points of failure, resulting in outages of physical servers. Additionally, Icario had been heavily reliant on massive SQL databases.

SOLUTIONS

Atomic Cloud® migration and hosting provided a highly secure solution for Icario’s big data analytics and HIPAA requirements. NetApp data storage, mirroring, server management, disaster recovery and business continuity, data center colocation, as well as remote and onsite support were among the solutions implemented.
