Atomic Data wants to keep things simple and eliminate this frustration. Whenever there is an event or incident that may be potentially service impacting, we use multiple communication methods to notify you as soon as possible. 

One of our newest communication methods comes in partnership with MIR3, a mass notification tool. With the addition of MIR3, we’re able to more efficiently communicate the status of potentially service impacting events. MIR3 allows us to communicate with you via phone and email within minutes of identification. 

MIR3 is only used to notify contacts that are marked to receive outage notifications.  To check to see if you are set-up to receive notifications, contact your designated account administrator(s).  If you are an account administrator, login to to view existing contacts.
