What are your top tips for managing and motivating your people as
your company grows?
Safe: At all times, remember that we must keep client data secure. Simple: Always communicate to clients and each other in ways and words that each party clearly understands. Smart: Continue to educate yourself and those around you about data and how we create, manage, organize, use, store and delete it — never acting in a way that keeps you from learning more.
What was the most exciting thing to happen at or to your company last year?
Three things tie for first place: Our partnership with Summit Academy and start of our first cohort of 27 students. We moved our headquarters out of the North Loop and into the same building as our flagship data center in downtown Minneapolis. We’re now all under one roof and have the space and amenities to double our headcount. Our partnership and launch of the Atomic Data - Microsoft Azure Private Cloud, one of the first of its kind in North America.
