Security

Security

Securing your data and our internal infrastructure is Atomic Data's number one priority. Having been SAS 70 audited, SOC 2 attested, and SOC 3 certified, we’re able to manage and keep secure the highly sensitive data being generated by virtually every industry, including payment card processors, health care providers, law firms, educators, and more. We observe industry best-practice standards in all of our facilities. Standards observed include but are not limited to:

//

Hand biometric and RFID card controlled access to our data centers

//

Cage door sensors

//

Motion activated surveillance cameras

//

Housing one of our facilities in the prior Federal Reserve vault space

24/7 Monitoring

24 x 7 Monitoring

To further guarantee the security of your equipment, data, and intellectual property, our 24 x 7 x 365 NOC is constantly monitoring all activity and alerts originating from our data centers. Cage doors that remain open for more than sixty seconds, or higher than usual environmental temperatures trigger immediate alerts. Dozens of motion activated cameras positioned to view all corners of the data centers are fed securely to our NOC for monitoring by our trained technicians. All access requests to our cages are logged and reviewed on a regular basis, preventing unauthorized access. Additionally, all data center locations include 24 x 7, on-premise security guards.

The Atomic Cloud™

The Atomic Cloud™

For those businesses with more sensitive security needs--perhaps due to HIPAA, PCI, or other regulatory requirements--a private cloud can provide the solution. With a private cloud, your equipment and data are isolated from the public cloud. Whether you choose to locate virtually in our secure data centers or in your own dedicated environment, you’ll gain a much higher level of control and management with a private cloud. Control that enables you to allocate IT resources across business units and divorce your hardware considerations from your IT workload. Contact our skilled sales team today to learn more about implementing a private cloud for your business.
